Olgert was born in Albania and moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2002. He is happily married to his sweetheart, Shawn, and together they have two wonderful children: Abigail, 16, and Aaron, 9.
Before starting his real estate career, Olgert worked for FedEx Ground for 19 years. During this time, he held various roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Manager in his last seven years. His extensive experience involved collaborating with contractors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless operations. As a dedicated leader, Olgert took pride in mentoring his team, spearheading initiatives, and celebrating their growth and success within the company.
In 2023, Olgert transitioned to real estate and partnered with Keller Williams. Since then, he has had the privilege of helping numerous clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Real estate has become a passion for Olgert, combining his dedication to serving others with his expertise in negotiation and leadership to deliver outstanding results.
