It starts by laying out the differences between judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings, then emphasizes the importance of thorough research and property evaluation. Participants will also learn about the process of eviction if occupants remain, the potential for bankruptcy proceedings, and how to conduct due diligence throughout. 

The course highlights not only the risks of foreclosure acquisitions but also how real estate professionals can use this knowledge to create value and protect clients’ interests.
