Registration is Required. $50 no show fee applies. 

This course will introduce the attendee to the subject of electrical systems and the home inspection. The course will generally cover the TREC SoP regarding electrical systems, as well as understanding the TREC promulgated inspection report. This course will also cover common inspection findings, as well as inspection limitations. Common ‘in the field’ examples will be used to help the Realtor understand common inspection findings.

This class is being offered FREE of charge to CCAR Members by the CCAR Inspector Committee
