Course #: 32071   Provider #: 1, Texas REALTORS®  Hours: 16 CE hours 

Dates: Thursday and Friday, April 27th and 28th, 2023 

Class Start & End Time: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; Lunch: 12-12:45 p.m.  

Class Material: One week prior to the class, an email containing links to the student manual will be sent. Please download the digital files prior to class. 

Cost:  $200 for CCAR members, $250 for Non CCAR-members

    Regardless of how long a real estate agent has been in the business, seller agency has been available and more importantly, it remains the primary focus for agents across the country. However, since the advent of buyer agency and the emphasis on training how to be an effective buyer representative, it has become apparent we can no longer assume seller agents have the same level of effectiveness. The Seller Representative Specialist course is a 16 hour course designed to take a new agent to an accomplished level sooner and an already successful agent to an even higher level of competency. It focuses on the skills necessary to properly represent a property owner, including agency, marketing, and servicing the client.

VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM

An email containing the Zoom link and course materials will be provided one week before the class. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary. 

DRIVING or being a PASSENGER in a car is not allowed for any reason while attending the course.
