This class discusses that as well as the insurance policies they should have in place. Most property managers carry E&O Insurance but do not carry General Liability and Cyber Insurance.
This class not only identifies the importance of Property Managers to have the right insurance coverage in place but also the coverage they should request their tenants and landlords carry.
