This course will introduce the attendee to the subject of property foundations, and the inspection processes available. The course will generally cover the TREC SoP regarding foundation inspections, as well as understanding the TREC promulgated inspection report. This course will also cover common foundation issues, as well as common misunderstandings regarding foundation performance. Common ‘in the field’ foundation examples will be used to help the REALTOR® understand common inspection findings. 

This class is being offered FREE of charge to CCAR Members by the CCAR Inspector Committee
