Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise, competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approaching the pricing assignment from all pertinent perspectives. This course is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values. Gain more understanding pricing properties and CMAs to effectively function in the valuation process.

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • the process of selecting appropriate property comparisons using CMAs
  • the process of selecting appropriate property comparisons using CMAs
  • how to make adjustments and where to go for quality information to ensure the most accurate assessment
  • to apply alternative valuation methods

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
